What you are going to do
As our junior specialist Learning and Leadership, you will step into the heart of Group HR – a dynamic environment where you navigate between Dutch and International business units. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our learning and leadership activities run smoothly. You will take ownership of activities that directly contribute to the learning experience of thousands of colleagues worldwide. You will be involved in:
- Bringing our learning and leadership initiatives to life by preparing and disseminating communications, tailored to diverse audiences across the organisation and with external partners
- Building, improving and keeping our key processes running smoothly, making sure our learning and leadership work is efficient, scalable and ready for the future
- Organising and preparing workshops and sessions aimed at enhancing learning and leadership, including handling registrations, contracts and evaluations
- Performing thorough analyses that support strategic decisions and strategic planning
- Supporting accurate data processing and updates, closely collaborating with other HR teams

Who you are
- You are passionate about learning and leadership development and have the appetite and curiosity to further professionally develop yourself in this field
- You are a self-starter, with strong planning and organising skills, and a clear communication style (fluency in English required, Dutch is a plus)
- You have good stakeholder management skills, are able to deal with tight deadlines and ad-hoc requests, and enjoy working in a high-paced, international environment
- You have a curious (analytical) mind and are willing to constructively challenge the status quo, while being able to get to practical solutions.
- You hold a relevant bachelor or master’s degree and have a customer-oriented mindset
- You are tech-savvy with a keen understanding of (or curiosity towards) how AI and data will impact the future of the workforce and you think ahead on how this translates to impactful learning and leadership interventions
- You are confident in using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and know your way around working with data.
- Proactiveness and the ability to anticipate and address challenges are highly valued
