What you are going to do

You are responsible for the recruitment process; from vacancy intake to onboarding
Conducting 1st, 2nd and/or employment conditions interviews with applicants
Maintaining contacts with various hiring managers and candidates
Thinking along and helping to continuously improve recruitment processes
Collaborate with your colleagues in a hybrid way

Salary between €3,517 en €5,025 depending on your knowledge and experience

You like to give candidates a good feeling, but you are also honest about the possible match. You are up for a challenge and enthusiastically take on even the most difficult vacancies. You network a lot (offline and online) and know how to reach a lot of people in this way. You also have:

At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in (corporate) recruitment
A positive and customer-oriented mindset and a team spirit
A result-oriented focus, where you don't forget to genuinely listen to the other person
A practical approach: you take initiative, feel responsible and think in terms of solutions
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; on paper and in conversation

Who you will work with

Within our Talent Acquisition team, we work in a multidisciplinary way. This means that we have recruitment specialists for the permanent roles, for hiring and job marketers, who all work together on specific target groups. In this way, we strengthen each other and achieve the best results. From recruitment marketing to employer branding; together we put NN on the map.

Good contact with our candidates is important to us, but so is the mutual connection with colleagues. At NN Group, we work hybrid. You and your team agree on what suits you best. We have set up our offices in such a way that there is a suitable place for every type of work. Your official workplace is our beautiful office in The Hague. Right next to the A12, but also easily accessible by public transport.
