This role supports the CFO Chief Product Owner and the CFO CPO management team in the planning and execution of the data, reporting and technology agenda for the CFO domain of the bank, translating the CFO, related CRO and CITO management agenda to an integrated set of objectives and results across 5 CFO tribes.

You and your job

Support the CFO Chief Product Owner and the CFO CPO management team in the planning and execution of the data, reporting and technology agenda for the CFO domain, by coordinating the strategy, road map development, financial planning and health & performance dialogues across the CFO tribes.

The role supports the CFO CPO in the alignment of the CPO execution agenda with the CFO, CRO and CITO management priorities. The role includes responsibility for the communication and staff  engagement agenda for CFO CPO. Additionally, the role supports specific  business management responsibilities within Tribe Data Foundation.

Practical Examples

• Planning and execution of strategic planning cycle on CFO CPO level.
• Coordination and preparation of CFO CPO management team and planning meetings and off-sites.
• Support CFO CPO in communication and management agenda planning with MT CFO, MT CRO and MT CITO.
• Coordinate the Medium Term Planning (MTP) and budgeting process with CFO BU Control.
• Organize S@S planning rituals for CFO CPO and Tribe Data Foundation.

• Support the objectives setting, performance management and organizational health processes for CFO CPO.
• Define and coordinate the communication and people engagement calendar for CFO CPO.
• Facilitate strategic, tactical and operational planning sessions/off-sites for CFO CPO and Tribe Data Foundation.

The role of business manager CFO CPO is key in supporting the CFO Chief Product Owner to bring together the strategy and execution agenda across all 5 CFO tribes, and to ensure close alignment to the CFO , CRO and CITO management agenda. A strategic and business value focused mind set and ability to support the CFO CPO function to clearly position the role and value of CFO CPO is expected.

The role reports to the CFO Chief Product Officer, and is part of the MT CFO CPO. The role has no HR responsibility.

You and your talent

• Academic education and at least 10 years work experience
• At least 5 years of business management and project management experience
• Proven track record in consulting and/or change management roles
• Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry
